My final reflection for english 7

Well, with this level I end my english studies here at URBE. It's not so easy to resume how much i've learned through all this years. It's my second time with teacher Doris, and I have to thank her for getting me into things like blogger, international collaboration, the katamy, authorstream and many more things. I've learned how important is to have a knowledge in web apps and sites, because they are the key to the next level of doing your work. So for all, thank you very much teacher! I'll never forget you, keep on doing what you do :)

Parts of the speech

My description is based on this song that I like a lot:

Hallucinations by Angels & Airwaves

And you look real close
Cross the lines and the roads
It is there to decode
What you thought was a ghost
Or a spark to explode
It's the start of the show
It's the part you love the most
When your heart will implode within

Do you believe in hallucinations, silly dreams or imaginations
Don't go away cause I feel you this time
Don't go away cause I need you there this time

As the rain floats home
Carry us back to shore
And up the mountainous coast
Where the sun starts to glow
From our head to our toes
To the stars that we know
And with you as my host
It will keep us afloat again

Do you believe in hallucinations, silly dreams or imaginations
Don't go away cause I feel you this time
Don't go away cause I need you there this time
Do you believe in hallucinations, any dream or it's revaluation
Don't go away cause I need you there this time
Don't go away cause I'm making you all mine

The silence is taxing
I'm waiting for something
There's images of love and war
And everything's here to explore
It's all alike, unusual, a different place
But beautiful and it is not quite as it seems
I hear the children's laughs and screams

It's beautiful
So beautiful
It's beautiful

Do you believe in hallucinations, silly dreams or imaginations
Don't go away cause I feel you this time
Don't go away cause I need you there this time
Do you believe in hallucinations, any dream or it's revaluation
Don't go away cause I need you there this time
Don't go away cause I'm making you all mine

1. How do you like your university?
It's a very nice place to study, full of technology and excellent teachers.

2. How many subject are you taking this semester?
I'm taking 6 subjects this semester

3. What is your major? Why did you choose your major? Do you have any regrets?
Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications mention. I chose that major because I need a strong base for the future, and also I want to try my luck in the music industry, so if my main plan fails, i'll have a good job assured.

4. Are there some professors that you can learn from more easily than others? What are the qualities that make you want to study for a certain professor? Who is your favorite teacher?
Yes, there are. I think that the way that they teach you is the key, also their enthusiasm at the teaching time. Those are the facts that determine the interest of the college student. I really don't have a favorite teacher, but i admire and respect some of them.

I had to choose between LUZ and URBE, and at the time I got a scholarship for URBE, so i took Electronics Engineering.

Hey!

*Note: this blog is being used for my level 6 english practice

Hey, what's up? my name is Cesar Rondon. I'm 18 years old and I'm studying electronics engineering at URBE. I was born in Maracaibo but I live in Cabimas. I'm in level 6 of URBE ESL Program. My favorite subjects are Circuits and English.

Music is my life. I'm a part-time musician and composer. I'm in charge of the bass and the backup vocals in a band called Takicardia. I also like to go out, spend some time on the pc, watch tv, read books or magazines, write, play tennis or soccer and some other things that I might be forbidding (:

I don't like reggaeton, the cruelty against animals, the war and other things that hurt the world slowly.

My dream is to be all that I can be in this life. Besides my career, I would like to take the music seriously. Maybe that's one of my biggest dreams: to be successful with my band and take the music as my job. Anyway, I'll probably look for a job after I graduate, because that could give me a support overall.

About english, I love to learn new languages. I also speak a little bit of Italian, but I'm better with English. I've been practicing since I was a kid because my father lived almost a year in Boston. Right now, my english is not perfect but I hope that I can improve it.

Well, I'll post a new entry soon. See ya!
